Sylvia Dong is a Board Advisor at Zinnia. Her 20-year strategy and finance career began at UBS Investment Bank. Sylvia then spent 5 years as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company where she developed strategies for leading multinational corporations.  

Sylvia then joined PepsiCo in 2011 where she worked in various senior finance and strategy roles. She is currently PepsiCo’s CFO and SVP of Strategy & Transformation for APAC.  

Sylvia received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
